Owner - Founder - Certified Trigger Point Therapist
Mary Supplee is a Certified Trigger Point Therapist and the owner and founder of Hands of Healing. She was born in Rochester, NY but raised in Ohio with eight siblings. She moved to Southwest Florida in 1983 to start her family. She raised her daughter and son, which both moved on to graduating from the University of Florida and both have now become successful young adults. Once they were in school, she decided it was time to further her education, which is when she started massage therapy. She continued learning the various modalities of massage and her professor insisted that she pursued Trigger Point because it was the key to getting people out of pain. She became one of the few Certified Trigger Point Massage Therapists in Florida. When Mary moved to St. Petersburg, Fl in 2013, she saw the need of this type of therapy and she opened the first Certified Trigger Point Massage Practice. After 10 years of growing her practice in St Petersburg, Mary has moved to Jacksonville, Florida to be closer to her Son, daughter in law and grandchildren. She has opened up her new practice here to continue her Trigger Point therapy and striving everyday to better everyone with living pain free!
Continued Education
After practicing massage therapy for six years, Mary felt there was a need to further help her clients beyond massage. She became a Functional Nutrition Diagnostic Practitioner. Therefore, she is able to help her clients get to the root cause of their health issues.

Interests
Mary loves to stay healthy by exercising daily. Her favorite activities are biking, walking on the beach, playing tennis and any activities outdoors. She enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.
